VerbFlow does not require user accounts or store learning progress on developer-operated servers. You can delete your locally stored data or request deletion of information you have voluntarily sent to us.
Open VerbFlow, go to Settings → Clear Progress, and confirm.
This removes your training progress, mistakes, spaced-repetition history, statistics, streaks and active training sessions.
Your app settings and purchased Full Access remain available.
To remove all local VerbFlow data, use Android Settings → Apps → VerbFlow → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the application. Menu names may vary by device.
This removes local learning data, settings and the locally cached Full Access entitlement. It does not cancel or delete your Google Play purchase, which can be restored when you are online.
Eligible app data may also exist in Android-managed backups, depending on your device and backup settings.
If you have contacted us by email, you may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing verbflowapp@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
We will review your request and delete the relevant correspondence unless retention is required by applicable law. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Learning data remains on your device until you remove it or it is removed by the operating system. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request, subject to applicable legal obligations. Google Play maintains purchase records according to Google's own policies.
