VerbFlow respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the VerbFlow mobile application (“VerbFlow”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the app.
VerbFlow is an English-language learning application. Most user activity and learning data are processed and stored locally on your device.
VerbFlow does not require you to create an account or sign in.
The following information is not transmitted by VerbFlow to the developer or to VerbFlow-operated servers:
your name;
email address;
phone number;
postal address;
user profile;
passwords or authentication credentials;
precise or approximate location;
contacts;
photos, videos, or audio files;
health or fitness data;
advertising identifiers;
browsing history;
learning progress or exercise activity.
Some learning information is stored locally on your device as described in Section 2 below.
VerbFlow does not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, or remote crash-reporting services.
We do not operate a VerbFlow server or backend that receives your learning activity.
If you contact us voluntarily by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, or address issues relating to VerbFlow.
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the request and may be deleted when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
VerbFlow stores information locally on your device in order to provide its learning features.
This may include:
training progress;
exercise history;
correct and incorrect answers;
mistakes;
spaced-repetition progress;
study statistics and streaks;
selected exercises and tenses;
daily goals;
app settings;
theme preferences;
onboarding status;
temporary training-session information;
a locally stored Full Access entitlement marker used to preserve access to purchased features while offline.
This information is used only to provide and personalize the app’s functionality.
VerbFlow does not send your learning progress, answers, mistakes, study statistics, or app settings to VerbFlow servers or to the developer.
On Android, after Google Play successfully confirms ownership of Full Access, VerbFlow stores a limited encrypted entitlement marker on the device. This allows previously purchased Full Access features to remain available when the device is offline, including after the app is closed and restarted.
The entitlement marker is encrypted using a key protected by Android Keystore. The stored marker does not contain purchase tokens, order IDs, Google account identifiers, payment information, or other billing metadata.
VerbFlow offers an optional one-time purchase called Full Access.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
Google Play may process information required to provide payment, purchase, fraud-prevention, security, purchase-restoration, and ownership-verification services. This may include information associated with your Google Play account, payment method, purchase history, transaction details, device information, and related security signals.
VerbFlow does not receive your credit card number, bank account details, or Google account password.
During purchase, restoration, or ownership verification, Google Play Billing and the billing software used by VerbFlow may temporarily process purchase-related information such as:
product information;
localized price and currency;
purchase status;
transaction status;
purchase or order identifiers;
purchase tokens;
acknowledgement or ownership state.
This information is used only as necessary to complete, restore, or verify the purchase.
VerbFlow does not store purchase tokens, order IDs, Google account identifiers, or payment information in its offline Full Access entitlement marker.
VerbFlow does not send purchase receipts or billing information to a VerbFlow-operated server, and the current version of the app does not use an external receipt-validation service.
After Google Play successfully confirms ownership of Full Access, VerbFlow stores the encrypted local entitlement marker described above so that purchased features can continue to work without an Internet connection.
When Google Play is available and successfully confirms the current ownership state, that information is used to update the locally stored entitlement.
Temporary network failures, billing-service errors, or inability to contact Google Play do not by themselves remove a previously confirmed Full Access entitlement.
If Google Play later successfully confirms that Full Access is no longer owned, for example following a refund or revocation, the locally stored entitlement may be removed and access to paid features may be disabled.
Google Play processes payment and purchase information according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
VerbFlow requires Internet access for certain functionality provided by Google Play, including:
retrieving current purchase information and localized pricing;
completing a new Full Access purchase;
restoring or reconfirming a previous purchase;
updating purchase ownership status when Google Play is available.
Once Google Play has successfully confirmed a Full Access purchase and the entitlement has been stored locally, previously purchased Full Access features can continue to be used offline, including after the app is closed and restarted.
After reinstalling the app, clearing all application storage through Android system settings, or installing VerbFlow on a new device, an Internet connection may be required so that Google Play can confirm and restore the Full Access purchase.
The learning content, fonts, exercises, dictionary data, and other core educational content are packaged with the application and do not require downloading content from a VerbFlow server.
VerbFlow does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
VerbFlow stores learning data locally on your device.
Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, Google account settings, and backup configuration, eligible application data may also be included in Android-managed backup or device-to-device transfer services.
These backup and transfer services are controlled by Android, Google, or your device manufacturer and are not operated by VerbFlow.
VerbFlow does not independently upload your learning progress to a VerbFlow cloud service.
VerbFlow does not sell your personal information.
VerbFlow does not share your learning progress, answers, mistakes, study statistics, or app settings with advertisers, analytics companies, or other users.
Information may be processed by Google Play when necessary to provide purchases, purchase restoration, ownership verification, security, fraud prevention, and related platform services.
If you contact us by email, your email provider and our email provider may process the communication as necessary to deliver and store the message.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by applicable law or a valid legal process.
Learning data and preferences stored by VerbFlow remain on your device until they are removed by you, removed by the operating system, or removed when the application is uninstalled.
VerbFlow does not maintain a server-side copy of your learning data.
The locally stored Full Access entitlement marker remains on the device unless:
Google Play successfully confirms that Full Access is no longer owned and the entitlement is removed;
all application storage is cleared through Android system settings;
the operating system removes the relevant application data; or
the application is uninstalled.
Using VerbFlow’s in-app Clear Progress function does not remove the Full Access entitlement.
Google Play purchase records are maintained separately by Google according to Google's own policies and are not controlled by VerbFlow.
Support correspondence sent voluntarily by email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the request, subject to applicable legal obligations.
VerbFlow provides an in-app Clear Progress function.
Using Clear Progress removes locally stored learning-related data, including applicable:
training progress;
mistakes and spaced-repetition history;
study statistics and streaks;
current or pending training-session data;
learning-related practice state.
The Clear Progress function does not remove:
your app settings;
theme preferences;
onboarding status;
purchased Full Access;
the encrypted offline Full Access entitlement;
Google Play purchase records.
This means that a user who has purchased Full Access can clear learning progress without losing access to purchased features.
If you want to remove all locally stored application data, you can use Android system settings to clear VerbFlow’s application storage or uninstall the application.
Clearing all application storage or uninstalling VerbFlow may remove the locally cached Full Access entitlement, but it does not cancel, refund, or delete the underlying Google Play purchase. When the app is online again, Google Play can confirm a previously purchased Full Access entitlement and restore access.
Because VerbFlow does not create user accounts or store user profiles on a VerbFlow server, there is no separate VerbFlow online account or server-side user profile to delete.
If you want us to delete information contained in support correspondence that you previously sent to us, you may contact us at verbflowapp@gmail.com. We will handle such requests in accordance with applicable law and any information we are legally required to retain.
You can control locally stored VerbFlow data using the options described above.
Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may also have rights concerning personal information you have voluntarily provided to us, such as information contained in support correspondence. These rights may include requesting access, correction, or deletion.
To make a privacy-related request, contact:
verbflowapp@gmail.com
Because VerbFlow does not maintain user accounts, analytics profiles, advertising profiles, or a server-side database of learning activity, many common account or tracking-related privacy controls are not applicable to the app.
VerbFlow stores learning information within the application’s local storage environment and Android application sandbox.
Because VerbFlow does not operate a backend for learning data, this information is not transmitted to or stored on VerbFlow servers.
On Android, the locally cached Full Access entitlement marker is encrypted before being stored. The encryption key is protected by Android Keystore. The stored entitlement marker does not contain payment-card information, Google account credentials, purchase tokens, order IDs, or other billing details.
Support correspondence is handled through our email service provider, and access to it is limited to what is reasonably necessary to respond to support or privacy requests.
No electronic storage or computing system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but VerbFlow limits data handling to what is necessary to provide the application's functionality.
VerbFlow is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not designed specifically for children.
The app does not provide social networking, messaging, user-generated content sharing, advertising, or user accounts.
VerbFlow does not knowingly collect personal profiles or contact information from children through the app.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has voluntarily provided personal information to us through a support communication, they may contact us at verbflowapp@gmail.com.
VerbFlow relies on Google Play services for in-app purchases and related functionality, including purchase processing, purchase restoration, ownership verification, fraud prevention, and security.
Those services may process information independently under their own privacy policies and legal terms.
VerbFlow does not control Google's independent processing of information through Google Play.
Android backup and device-transfer services may also be provided by Google, Android, or the manufacturer of your device, depending on your device and settings.
For more information about how Google processes personal information, please review the Google Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy if VerbFlow’s functionality, data practices, third-party services, or legal requirements change.
When the policy is updated, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
