Preamble

You can find below some principles for the transformation of human relations throughout Planet Earth, so that certain issues can be addressed, as sovereign nations - even when united - are unable to face or solve them. These principles exist to offer the people of today and tomorrow a place to live free from the risks caused by nationalisms, and their relentless appetite for conquest.

We cannot take lightly or idly reflect upon the fact that devastating wars always ongoing, and that the very life of this planet is under constant threat by the potential use of weapons in the hands of few. In the same way, countries cannot address global climate and environmental pollution crisis, caused by human activity, individually; and have to do it with the totality of the planet’s interests in mind. Unfortunately, to date, attempts in this direction have not produced great results, both with regard to the banning of weapons of mass destruction, and with regard to overall agreements on environmental policies.

The Venusian proposal

To offer legitimacy to the aspiration of those who consider themselves citizens of the world, but find themselves unable to become such in actuality. In other words, those who do not want a world divided into territories that define privileges for some to the detriment of others; those who wish to be able to move through the Earth as if they were at home, without the need for IDs or visas, but simply because they exists. Without this essential recognition of human freedom, love will remain an illusion and the Earth will continue to be a place of seldom happiness, where it is the suffering that prevails.

The Venusian project

While at this very moment it is not possible to be citizen of the World as it is divided into nations, and one cannot be citizens of all nations, we can choose to be Venusians, that is, citizens of Venus (in other words refugees coming from a planet to another, because - let’s be frank - it’s kind of hot on Venus). This citizenship will be combined with the various national identities. At the appropriate moment - when all the citizens of the earth have become: Italians and Venusians, Americans and Venusians, Japanese and Venusians and so on - you will abandon national citizenship and you will become exclusively Venusian, or Citizen of the World. Emptied of its citizens, nations will no longer have a purpose of existence and will extinct. At this point, the Venusian ID will, will come into play:
