Phase I built - unfortunately the job is stopped for funding, and the project exists with two diametrically opposite styles. Possible reconsideration of some of the design concepts for the main home is where it is currently at, we're guessing. You need to be "all-in" for this type modern style. It will be nice - if it's ever completed. We are still working on a better 3D image to properly convey the design of both phases of work.

We designed both phases, and completed working drawings, coordinated consultants and entitled the permits for construction of the back unit and garage. This project has airport noise concerns and resolutions which worked well, and required meeting planning area and height limits.
