Must be LGBQTA friendly. Have to be ok with dogs/cats visiting, but not allowed to have. 420 Friendly.

Small yard out back. Storage, Washer and drier in basement no charge.

Rent 800/mo not including utilities (Gas/Electricity/Cable/Internet).
