Who Can Apply To Be A Vendor?
Food vendors include any vendor selling or serving food, drinks, snacks, desserts, or prepackaged food items. This includes food trucks, trailers, pop-up booths, nonprofit food booths, drink stands, shaved ice, cotton candy, kettle corn, baked goods, and similar items.
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all required health permits, seller’s permits, insurance, and any other approvals required for their operation. Food vendors must provide a description of their menu, setup type, space needs, power needs, and any propane, generator, or cooking equipment being used.
Game and activity vendors include booths or businesses offering games, prizes, entertainment, kids’ activities, inflatables, bounce houses, face painting, dunk tanks, carnival games, or similar attractions.
Vendors in this category may be required to provide proof of insurance, especially if the activity involves children, physical participation, inflatables, rides, animals, or equipment that could create a safety concern.
Retail and craft vendors may include vendors selling handmade items, merchandise, clothing, accessories, art, decorations, small goods, or other products.
Informational vendors may include local agencies, community organizations, nonprofits, churches, clubs, public education booths, or sponsor booths.
Vendors selling taxable items are responsible for having any required seller’s permit or tax documentation.

All canopies, tents, and shade structures must be safely secured. Vendors should bring weights, sandbags, or other approved methods to secure their canopy. Stakes may not be allowed in certain areas depending on the setup location.
Booths must stay within their assigned space. Vendors may not block walkways, driveways, emergency access lanes, building entrances, exits, fire lanes, other vendors, or public seating areas.
Signage must be professional and safely secured. Signs may not create a trip hazard, block visibility, or interfere with other vendors.
Electricity may be limited or unavailable. Vendors must list their power needs on the application.
Vendors using generators must make sure the generator is safe, quiet, properly placed, and not located where exhaust enters public areas, booths, or buildings. Extension cords must be secured to prevent trip hazards and must be appropriate for outdoor use.
Generators, cords, lights, and electrical equipment may be inspected by event staff or fire personnel.
Vendor parking will be assigned or directed by event staff. Vendors may unload during the setup period and then move vehicles to the approved parking area.
Vehicles may not drive through pedestrian areas during the event unless approved by event staff.
Once the event begins, vehicle movement may be restricted for public safety.
