Transactly – Vendor (also referred to as “Vendari”, the “App”) is published by Julian Pereda / Transactly (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what information the App processes, how it’s stored, and your rights.
No developer-run servers. The App stores your data on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit.
We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.
No third-party analytics SDKs are integrated.
Support email only. If you contact us, we receive the details you send in that email.
The App is a point-of-sale and inventory tool for small vendors. You may enter:
Store and owner name, contact info
Inventory (product names, SKUs, prices, stock counts)
Sales and receipts (dates, items, totals, tax rate, notes)
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple frameworks (Core Data). If you enable iCloud sync, Apple stores a copy in your personal iCloud.
If enabled, iCloud may sync your App data across devices.
iCloud is operated by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
We do not operate iCloud and cannot access your iCloud data.
If you opt in to Share iPhone Analytics, anonymized crash logs may be shared with us via Apple. These logs do not include your inventory or sales contents.

Basic device info (e.g., model, iOS version)

We use this information only to respond to and resolve your request.
The App is intended for individuals 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Manage/edit/delete data directly in the App
Enable/disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings
Export data (CSV/PDF) for backups
Contact support to request help or removal of support emails
We rely on Apple’s platform security (device encryption, iCloud encryption if enabled). While no system is 100% secure, we recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometrics.
App data remains on your device until you delete it.
If iCloud is enabled, data persists in your iCloud until removed via iOS settings.
Support emails are kept only as long as needed for assistance.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective date above will always show the latest version.
