During this step, you will need to provide us with following documents, if you haven't done it already in the application form:
Non-criminal record
Health certificate

During this stage, please inform to our volunteer coordinator about your application completion via Whatsapp or E-mail and wait for our approval.

Congratulations on your placement!!!
Now, to secure your placement and move forward to the volunteer journey in Vietnam you should start taking care of the Payment and E-Visa:
Program Fee: to help us to cover expenses for food, accomodation, support of VEN staff, and permission from authorities to film in conservational areas.
Cancellation Policy: Please read our cancellation policy carefully prior transferring your program fee. By transferring the fee you agree with the cancellation policy below.
E-visa: You should apply a month forward or as soon as possible if it's really close to your volunteer time.
Flight ticket: You should only book your flight ticket after your visa got accepted!

There are Pre-Departure Webinars for new volunteers every month to prepare you for your volunteering and to answer any questions you might have. We will invite you there :)
Please inform the Volunteer Coordinators about your flight ticket so that we can arrange the time to pick you up from the airport and introduce you to your volunteer dorm.
Feel free to always ask the Volunteer Coordinator on anything related to the VEN program.
Important Notice
We understand that no one is perfect, and we do not expect our volunteers to have everything figured out. However, for the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved, we kindly ask that all volunteers ensure they are in a stable mental and emotional state before joining the program. Additionally, we ask that you are not currently dealing with substance abuse issues. Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone is our top priority.
