Audio Data: Microphone access is used locally on your device for AI accident detection. Audio is processed in real-time and is never uploaded to any cloud server.

4. Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption protocols (including Firebase Security) to keep your profile and contact data safe. However, no internet-based service can guarantee 100% security.

5. Third-Party Services: We utilize Google Firebase, Google Play Services, and encrypted Payment Gateways. These partners collect information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Children's Privacy: Velzo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Account Deletion Request

To request deletion of your Velzo account and associated data, email us at velzoapp.customercare@gmail.com from your registered email address.

Please mention your registered phone number and request that your Velzo account be deleted.

We will process the request and delete the applicable account data, except information we are required to retain by law.
