Voyiq Child Safety Standards

Voyiq is a social discovery application strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page outlines our commitment, policies, reporting mechanisms, and compliance with applicable laws.

1. Age Restriction

• All users must confirm they are 18 years or older upon registration.

• Accounts found to be operated by or representing a minor are immediately suspended and permanently banned.

• We reserve the right to request age verification documentation and remove any account that cannot satisfactorily prove age.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Voyiq:

• Any sexually explicit content involving minors

• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors

• Sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Communications that attempt to circumvent age restrictions

• Any behavior that endangers the safety of children

Violations will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report violations through the following channels:

• In-app reporting: Tap the profile menu or message options to report a user or message

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Reporters may remain anonymous if they choose.

4. Enforcement

When a violation is confirmed:

1. The offending account is permanently suspended

2. All content is removed from the platform

3. A report is filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

4. A report is filed with relevant local law enforcement authorities

5. Evidence is preserved for legal proceedings

5. Prevention Measures

• All uploaded content is screened against known CSAM hash databases

• User behavior patterns are monitored for suspicious activity (e.g., rapid messaging across many accounts, attempts to move conversations off-platform)

• Moderation team reviews flagged content and accounts proactively

• Users under 18 who attempt to register are blocked and their information may be retained for law enforcement purposes

6. Compliance

Voyiq complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including:

• U.S. federal and state laws regarding CSAM reporting

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) reporting requirements

• Applicable international laws where our users are located
