By downloading or playing Feather Dash, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. Usage You may use Feather Dash for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to:
Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the game.
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to manipulate gameplay or advertisements.
Redistribute game assets (artwork, code, or music) without express written permission from Velocity Studios.
2. Advertisements and Connectivity Feather Dash is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements provided by third-party partners, including Google AdMob. Rewarded ads and certain features require a working internet connection. Velocity Studios is not responsible for any data charges incurred while playing.
3. Intellectual Property All game content—including but not limited to artwork, UI, logos, music, character designs, and code—is the exclusive property of Velocity Studios unless otherwise stated.
4. Service Availability and Updates We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any part of the game at any time without notice. We are not liable if the game becomes unavailable due to technical issues or platform removals.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS") FEATHER DASH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VELOCITY STUDIOS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Studios shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game, including device incompatibility or loss of gameplay data.
