Welcome to Veloce Compressor. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veloce Compressor mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Veloce LTD ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App and should delete it from your device immediately.
1. License and Use of the App
Veloce LTD grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-commercial license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Permitted Use: You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes to compress and manage your media files (videos, images, audio).
Restrictions: You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App or any part of it.
Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
Renting, leasing, sub-licensing, or selling the App.
Using the App in any way that is or may be damaging to this App or to any person or business entity.
Using the App to process illegal, violent, or copyrighted media that you do not have permission to use.
2. File Processing and Data Loss Disclaimer
The primary function of Veloce Compressor is to compress media files to reduce file size.
Local Processing: All compression tasks are performed entirely on your device’s local hardware. We do not upload, process, or store your personal media files on any external servers.
Data Responsibility: You acknowledge that compressing files involves altering digital data, which may result in a reduction of media quality. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your original, uncompressed files.
No Liability: Veloce LTD shall not be held liable for any data loss, file corruption, or unintentional deletion of your media files resulting from the use of the App, device failures, or unexpected interruptions (such as battery death) during the compression process.
3. Third-Party Services
The App utilizes third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Our App integrates:
AdMob (Google): For displaying advertisements. By using the app, you agree to receive ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
OneSignal: For sending push notifications relevant to app updates and announcements.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
4. Internet Connection and Device Requirements
Certain functions of the App (such as loading advertisements or receiving push notifications) require an active internet connection. Veloce LTD cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have depleted your mobile data allowance.
If you are using the App outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply
