1. Is my financial data safe? Yes. Velo is built with an "offline-first" architecture. Your daily expenses and incomes are stored locally on your device using an encrypted database. Only your login credentials are saved securely in the cloud via Firebase Authentication. We cannot see your daily spending habits.

2. Can I use Velo offline? Absolutely. You only need an internet connection to log in or process a Velo Pro subscription. Adding expenses, chatting with the interface, and viewing your analytics work completely offline.

3. I bought Velo Pro, but my app still shows the free version. What do I do? If you recently reinstalled the app or got a new phone, you just need to sync your receipt with Apple.

4. How do I export my data? Data Export is a feature exclusive to Velo Pro members.

5. How do I delete my account and erase my data? You have complete control over your data.
