Overview
Veilix is a modern, cloud-based password manager designed to keep your digital life private and secure.
Your passwords and credentials are encrypted before leaving your device — so only you can access them.
With Veilix, you can store, organize, and autofill your passwords easily across apps and websites, while knowing your data will never leak to the web.

Veilix uses PBKDF2-based key derivation and AES-256 encryption to protect your data.
All encryption and decryption happen on your device — your master key and passcode never leave it.
Even if your data is stored in the cloud, it remains unreadable to anyone but you.
Our design follows the zero-knowledge principle: Veilix cannot access your passwords.

At Veilix, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data remains confidential and secure.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Veilix is designed following a zero-knowledge encryption model — meaning your data is encrypted and decrypted only on your device, using keys that we never see or store.
Veilix collects and stores the minimum amount of data required for the app to function properly.
a. User Credentials
Your Master Key and Passcode are never transmitted or stored on Veilix servers.
They remain exclusively on your device and are used locally to encrypt and decrypt your vault.
If lost or forgotten, Veilix cannot recover or reset these credentials.
b. Encrypted Data
Your passwords, secure notes, and other stored credentials are encrypted locally using PBKDF2 key derivationand AES-256 encryption.
The encrypted data may be securely synchronized with your cloud account (e.g., iCloud or another provider).
Veilix cannot read, access, or decrypt this information.
Your data is used only to provide core app functionality:
Encrypting and storing your credentials securely.
Synchronizing your encrypted vault between your devices.
Authenticating access via Face ID, Touch ID, or Passcode.
We do not:
Sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Use your data for marketing or advertising purposes.
Access or analyze your stored credentials in any way.
We employ multiple layers of protection to keep your data safe:
Local Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted before leaving your device.
Secure Transmission: Data is transferred over secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS).
No Decryption on Servers: Your encrypted vault is stored in your cloud account, but the encryption keys never leave your device.
Even Veilix’s developers cannot decrypt or view your passwords — only you can.
If you enable cloud synchronization, your encrypted data is stored on your selected cloud provider’s servers (such as Apple iCloud).
We encourage you to review your cloud provider’s own privacy policy, as Veilix does not control those environments.
Disabling cloud sync will keep your data stored only on your device.
You have full control over your data:
You can delete all your stored data at any time from within the app.
Removing the app will erase your local encrypted vault.
You can revoke cloud sync to delete encrypted copies from your cloud account.
You can contact us for general privacy inquiries at any time.
Veilix is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16.
We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect improvements or legal changes.
When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
