Feedback such as likes, reports, and regenerations
You control what you share in conversations. Please do not input personal information of other people without their consent.

If you make purchases or subscriptions, we collect:

Purchase and consumption records
Payment-related information (processed by Apple, Google, or other payment providers)
1.4 Device and Log Information
To maintain security and improve the Services, we automatically collect:
Device model, operating system, and version
Unique device identifiers
App version, network type, and system language

You can also delete your account directly within the App (Settings → Cancel Account). After a 30-day waiting period (to allow for reconsideration and review), your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, subject to any legal retention requirements.

VeilAI is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.
Character Data Note:
If you create a character, we may keep that character active on the Platform even after you delete your account, so that other users who interacted with it are not disrupted. We will remove any personal information that could identify you from the character description.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
