VehicleCare (hereinafter referred to as "the App," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Data Collection
We operate on a Zero Data Collection policy.
No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account or provide a username or password.
No Tracking: We do not track your location, browsing habits, or device identifiers for marketing purposes.
No Servers: We do not operate servers to store your data. All information you enter (vehicle details, fuel logs, documents, and images) is stored exclusively on your local device and your personal iCloud account (if enabled).
2. How We Use Your Data
Since we do not collect data, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties. The data you input is used solely for the functionality of the App, such as:
Calculating your vehicle’s mileage.
Generating document expiry reminders.
Providing AI mechanic responses based on your text or photo input.
3. iCloud Sync
If you are signed into iCloud, your data may be synchronized across your Apple devices. This synchronization is managed by Apple Inc. under their privacy policy. We do not have access to this data.
4. Third-Party Services
AI Mechanic Chat: When you ask a question, your request is sent securely to a third-party AI API to generate a response. However, we do not log or store these queries on our servers. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
RTO & Map Data: We use Apple Maps and OpenStreetMap for locating RTO offices. These services have their own privacy policies.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

By downloading, accessing, or using VehicleCare (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Free Forever
VehicleCare is provided "Free Forever." There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or in-app purchases required to access the full functionality of the App.
3. User Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and iCloud account.
While we provide reminders for document expiry, it is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle documents are valid. The App is a tool for assistance and is not liable for fines or penalties incurred due to expired documentation.
4. AI Mechanic Chat & Vehicle Valuation
The AI Mechanic provides general advice and information based on vehicle data. This is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection or a certified mechanic’s diagnosis.
The Vehicle Valuation tool provides estimates based on market trends and is not a guarantee of the final sale price.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VehicleCare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
The use or inability to use the App.
Any errors or omissions in the content provided (e.g., fuel prices, RTO locations).
Any decisions made based on the AI Mechanic’s advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-generated data) are owned by the App developer. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of the Terms.
