Winch-Out Definition: Add a note that "Winch-out" covers vehicles within 25 feet of a paved surface. This prevents "swamp recovery" arguments later.

The "Wait Period": Legally, you should add a small disclaimer: "Membership benefits active 24 hours after enrollment. Roadside events requested within the first 24 hours are subject to Retail Rates." (This prevents people from joining only when they are currently stuck in a ditch).
