My Own Vegetarian Diet
It is now 2024, and I have been a Vegetarian, for 53 years, since 1971.
For my own Vegetarian Diet, I regularly eat:
1: fresh, raw fruit;
2: fresh, raw, or lightly cooked in water, vegetables;
3: animals products, such as Cow’s milk and Cow’s milk yoghurt;
4: concentrated foods, such as peanuts and tree-nuts –walnuts are 6% omega-3; potatoes, sweet potatoes, rolled oats;
5: seaweed for trace elements, like iodine and cobalt, often deficient in land plants.
And, I use a sublingual vitamin B12 supplement.
Very Fit And Healthy For My Age
Now in my 70s, I often walk 5 to 6 hours, sometimes 8 hours, non-stop.
I still do not need glasses; have never been a patient in a hospital; and, am never on any medication.
