Easy Vegan Meatballs


Yields : about 30 meatballs

Prep time: 15 minutes Total time: 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

16 ounces jellied cranberry sauce

12 ounces chili sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic salt

2 Pounds Vegan Meat Sub (I used Beyond Meat or check out my homemade recipe here )


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add chili sauce, cranberry sauce, brown sugar lemon and seasonings to a crock pot and heat until the cranberry sauce has melted.

  2. Bake meatballs in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

  3. Add cooked meatballs to the crockpot and heat for another 30 minutes.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
