Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Servings: 12 oz Total time: 5-10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coffee ( I am using 2 teaspoons of Javy <-- discount code here )
1 cup plant based milk + 3 Tablespoons for froth
2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix (ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground allspice, ground nutmeg)
Vegan whipped cream for decoration

Instructions
In a small pot, add the plant based milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice mix over medium low hear.
Once simmering, add the coffee and stir until hot.
Pour into a mug, top with some froth or vegan whipped cream.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and enjoy.

* Use
Javy Coffee Concentrate for a quick and easy alternative. 1 bottle includes 20 cups of coffee twice as much as most coffee beans or grounds.
*Oat milk or a plant based milk with a high fat content will make the most creamy / flavorful latter. I love Oatly or Silk brands.
*Shake plant based milk in a jar
vigorously before topping your latte for a quick foam topper.
