I am a Senior Research Scientist in the Department of Educational Technology, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. I am involved in the conduct of trainings to train educators such as Teachers and Principals, content developers and researchers in learning design competency for effective integration of ICT in education. Additionally, I am working towards effective design, implementation and adoption of learner-centric pedagogy in MOOCs. I have also been examining learners’ behaviour, perception of usefulness, and their experience with MOOCs built on the LCM model. Having an affinity towards writing, I have been working towards communicating the work of our academic group at ET IITB in the field of educational technology, and how it is contributing towards bigger goals of learning. I have received my Ph.D. degree at Oklahoma State University (OSU), Oklahoma, USA in the field of Molecular Biology.
