Educational Technology has been the ‘mantra’ of learning today. Educational Technology (EdTech) is an interdisciplinary field, which requires collaboration with researchers from varied disciplines, to develop technology-enabled processes and tools towards addressing educational needs and challenges.

Smitten by the culture of a passionate young program of Educational Technology at IIT Bombay, I attempted to make my debut as a book author with ET@10. The book represents an Ethnographic study of the department, celebrating its decade-long journey. It features the lives of researchers, their culture & practices, conducts & processes and learnings & reflections of this vibrant group while working towards a collective goal.

With humorous cartoons, anecdotes, quotes and abstract diagrams, it may be an interesting and authentic read for students, the research community or anyone who wants to investigate strategies employed towards effective team building and a pragmatic approach to working.
