I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology at KET’s V.G. Vaze College (Empowered Autonomous), Mumbai, where I have been teaching since December 2019. Alongside my faculty role, I am a Ph.D. scholar specializing in aquatic ecotoxicology and marine bioresources.

Having qualified the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) for Assistant Professorship, I am dedicated to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research guidance, and scientific outreach. My research focuses on evaluating the ecotoxicological impacts of environmental pollutants on aquatic fauna, as well as exploring the bioactive potential and chemical profiles of marine macroalgae. In the classroom, I am passionate about mentoring students in core zoological concepts, laboratory techniques, and scientific inquiry.
