Backup: tất cả mọi thứ trong Salesforce Tenant (all records, files and metadata)

Restore: cho phép restore toàn bộ hoặc từng thành phần nhỏ bên trong

• Records: toàn bộ record hoặc một vài record với toàn bộ thông tin bên trong

• Field value: chỉ khôi phục một Field của một vài record

• Files: toàn bộ hoặc một vài files, attachments

• Metadata: khôi phục metadata của các đối tượng đã bị xóa (Apex classes, connected app configurations, reports, dashboards, ...)

Dung lượng lưu trữ: không giới hạn và không cần trả thêm phí nào ngoài license

Nơi lưu trữ: vùng lưu trữ trên Azure thuộc Veeam quản lý

License:

• License là dạng Subscription

• Tính theo số lượng user cần backup, mỗi user tương ứng 1 license

• Cần mua tối thiểu 10 user

• Advanced: chỉ có Salesforce

• Veeam Data Cloud Flex Salesforce Bundle (Veeam Data Cloud M365 Flex Triple Bundle): bao gồm Salesforce, Entra ID và gói Microsoft 365 Foundation
