The App allows you to upload personal portrait photos for hairstyle experimentation. We do not collect your personal photos or any content you upload to the App. These photos are processed exclusively locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly initiate such transmission through sharing features. We only access your photos temporarily on your device to provide core App functionalities such as overlaying hairstyle materials, adjusting colors, or saving creations to your device, with no data being collected or stored by us.
1.2 Usage Data
We do not collect any usage data, technical information about your device, or data related to your interaction with the App. No information about which features you use, your device model, operating system version, or usage frequency/duration is collected, stored, or transmitted by us under any circumstances.
2. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect any of your data, we do not use, analyze, or process any personal or non-personal information about you. All processing of your uploaded photos occurs locally on your device solely to enable the App's functionality, such as hairstyle simulation, color adjustment, and saving edits to your device storage.
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
Your personal photos and edited creations are stored exclusively locally on your device and are never stored on our servers. We do not have access to or control over the storage of your data on your device.
3.2 Security Measures
While we do not collect or store your data, we implement reasonable technical measures to ensure that the local processing of your photos on your device is protected from unauthorized access within the App's functionality. However, we cannot control the security of data stored on your device itself.
4. Sharing of Your Information
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information about you with third parties because we do not collect any such information. The only way your content may be shared externally is if you explicitly choose to share your edited creations through third-party platforms (e.g., social media), in which case sharing is governed by the terms of those platforms, not by us.
5. Your Rights Regarding Your Information
Under applicable French data protection laws, you have rights regarding your personal data. Since we do not collect or store any of your data, there is no personal information held by us that requires access, rectification, or erasure. If you have concerns about data stored locally on your device, you may manage or delete such data directly through your device's settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the App after the updated Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
