VEDC PDF Generator creates personalized student PDF documents using a PDF template and an Excel student list selected by the user.
The extension processes files you choose, which may contain student names, classes, student IDs, and other document content.
All processing takes place locally inside Chrome. The extension does not upload these files or their contents to the developer or any external service.
The developer does not collect, receive, sell, or share your documents or student information through the extension.
The extension does not use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or remote processing services. No account is required.
Selected documents and generated results are held temporarily in the workspace while you use the extension. Closing the workspace releases this temporary application data.
Generated PDFs and ZIP archives are saved only when you request an export. Saved files remain on your computer until you delete them. Their security, retention, and any backups or cloud synchronization are controlled by you and your device settings.
Downloads: Used to save generated PDFs, sample PDFs, and ZIP archives.
Folder access: If you choose direct folder saving, Chrome requests access to the folder you select so the extension can write the generated files there.
PDF and Excel processing libraries and the default font are included in the extension package. The extension does not download or execute remote code.
You control which files to open, which output folder to select, and whether to export results. You can close the workspace or uninstall the extension at any time. Uninstalling does not delete documents you previously exported.
