Demetreus is the District Manager and owner of the Vector West El Paso Team in the Rising Sun Division, bringing years of experience and leadership to the team. He attended Buena Vista University in Iowa and was a dual major in Business Management and Marketing while being a dual NCAA Collegiate Athlete playing Football (#75) and throwing the Javelin for the track team. Demetreus paid his way through college working as a sales representative.   

He began His career in June 2021 in the Tempe District Office in Tempe, Arizona. He has since taken on key roles, including Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and now District Manager. He has run a total of 3 offices before becoming a District Manager in 2025. Offices in Southwest Phoenix (2022), Northern Arizona (2023), and West El Paso (2024).

With his background in personal sales and leadership development, he has mentored and trained numerous representatives, helping them grow both professionally and personally. His passion for building a high-energy, success-driven culture makes him a strong leader for the city of El Paso, where he continues to pave the way for innovation and excellence.

Yamel Contreras is the District Office Manager of our Sun City Champs District Office. Yamel is a Junior at The University of Texas at Austin, where she is pursuing a degree in Business Economics. Yamel joined our team in May 2024 and quickly distinguished herself as the top performer of the El Paso Branch Office last summer achieving $18,000 in sales while balancing commitments around a daycare job while preparing for her studies in Austin. Yamel, who is now at $30,000 in sales, has received multiple sales awards, both within our division and directly from the President/CEO of our company, recognizing her outstanding contributions. This past summer, she partnered with Demetreus in running the Sun City District Team, enabling her to provide essential field training to our new representatives as they began their very own Vector Journeys.

Daniel Calderón is the District Sales Manager of our Sun City Champs District Office. Daniel is a Freshman at New Mexico State University, where he is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Daniel started with us back in June 2025. Daniel was our top performer of the summer achieving $16,000+ in sales in his first 10 days working with us. Daniel has accomplished and achieved many awards, hitting great milestones in his first summer. He is now part of our company's Leadership Academy program this fall, which is a ten-month management program crafted for young entrepreneurs who are taught to take ownership of their personal, professional, and academic lives. We are excited to see what else Daniel accomplishes this upcoming fall.

We are excited to introduce Breanna Washington, an Assistant Manager of our Sun City Champs District Office. Breanna is a sophomore at Le Monyne College in New York, where she is pursuing a degree in Psychology. Breanna started with us back in May 2025. Breanna, has been leading from the front since she first started with us in our 2025 Grand Opening Training. Since then she has achieved $12,000 in sales and took on the Assistant Manager position pretty early on. Breanna is a force to be reckoned with. She has shown great leadership since the beginning separating herself from her peers very quickly. This fall she's excited to take her skills and leadership to the next level with our Leadership Academy Program. We are excited to see the impact Breanna will have on our team this fall and continue to be the force that helps us push through our limits!

JD Holland is an Assistant Manager of our Sun City Champs District Office. JD graduated from Franklin High School and is now in his second full year at Point Blank Music School where he is pursuing a degree in Advanced Music Production. JD started with us back in June 2025 with our Sales Manager Daniel Calderón. JD, a young professional who achieved $14,000 in Sales his first summer has a bright future ahead of him as he leads a ministry group at his church. JD made an impressive mark during his first summer, earning multiple awards and reaching significant milestones. This fall, he will also be apart of our company's Leadership Academy program as he focuses on his faith, his development, and his growth in all areas of his life. We're excited to see JD continue to achieve new heights and lead from the front this fall.
