Avuyile is in grade 9 and has recently learnt what a balanced diet is. He is more aware of what food he ingests to keep him healthy. He is going for a family braai and needs your help in deciding which foods he can eat to have a balanced meal. Help Avuyile sort out the different foods into their food group categories.
Avuyile has the following food options:
Boerewors: Meat mixed with a blend of spices.
Chakalaka: A spicy vegetable dish with red peppers, onions, tomatoes and carrots.
Leqebekoane: A BaSotho dumpling made with fermented maize or sorghum paste.
Koeksister: A donut with cardamom and cinnamon, drenched in syrup and dusted with coconut flakes.
Vetkoek: A deep-fried dough ball, that can be filled with sweet or savoury toppings of your choice.

The champion of the unit quiz will receive a badge, and the person with the highest number of points on the leaderboard for Kahoot will receive a Coupon, and so will the person with the highest number of points on the leaderboard for Quizizz
