Premise: Your a spider and your web is being foreclosed upon by the spider mafia, it's your civic duty to take out as many spider mobsters you can and make it to the spider don so you can keep your home it would be a 3rd person 3d adventure puzzle game in a low poly simplistic style
Features include:
A grapple system that lets you pull yourself towards anything or pull certain objects to you
The ability to web up enemies stopping them in their tracks
Being able to stick to walls and having access to the same controls
and an Inventory systemÂ
The plan is for me to have a small prototype game level by the end of the quarter that shows off my skills in blueprinting in unreal as well as being able to progress using the grapple/web mechanic for my capstone team as well
As for its value, from a professional standpoint it shows off the skills that I want to show off to future employers, with me making models and adaptability with unreal blueprinting. However, from a personal standpoint this would be a game that I would polish in the future with the goal of publishing it to steam
