How the map was chosen
The map is defined by the U.S. Census Bureau. Other Regional names such as the Southwest, can be used for four States but regional differences may include portions of four other States. The current map defines regions & divisions based on State boundary lines.

Are the Mobile View buttons necessary
Web pages automatically resize for mobile devices but embedded Google Calendars (such as those here) do not resize accordingly. The Mobile Views display calendars with less web page content and their narrower size places events below their dates, displaying more of each event's title. 

Selecting Regions or Divisions on the map
A map with clickable locations is not possible on this site.  An idea to have a button for every location was considered but that would fill a page and there would be no ability to view multiple states at the same time. 

Calendar views by Month
Although Week & Month views are available, both reduce the number of events shown and part of the event titles. The Month view can display 3-4 events but more would require expanding the day to view them. The Schedule view however, displays the most details.

Printing a Schedule
A printed schedule becomes obsolete once a new event is added, making real-time views the best option. If printing is desired, saving events to a personal calendar provides Printing and other capabilities such as Editing and Notifications. 

Filtering Events by location on the Home page
Although a great option, advanced filtering is currently not possible on this site.  This is one of several features that may be added in the future if a fully coded site is needed and sponsors, vendors and ads can provide the funding required for site hosting, renewals etc.

Why the icon for Send Feedback to Google is on every calendar
This cannot be removed and is shown by default for security reasons.  Send an email to the address on this site first if any issues are encountered.

Separate  Pages for  additional Countries
Such pages will be created based on the number of events submitted and agreed regional configurations. Send an email with the proposed configuration for review and possible addition!
