Welcome to "Shapes," a casual arcade runner game developed by Videobot. These Terms of Service (TOS) govern your access to and use of the game and any related services provided by Videobot. By downloading, installing, or using "Shapes," you agree to comply with and be bound by these TOS.

 Eligibility

"Shapes" is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. In certain jurisdictions, the age restriction may be higher (16 years old). If you are under the applicable age, you must not use or access "Shapes."

Account and Access

1. Account Creation:You may need to create an account to access certain features of "Shapes." You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Account Termination: Videobot reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these TOS or for any other reason deemed necessary.

 License and Intellectual Property

1. License Grant: Videobot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use "Shapes" for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of "Shapes" (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Videobot and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

By using "Shapes," you agree not to:

1. Infringe on Intellectual Property Rights: Do not use any content from "Shapes" that infringes any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secrets.

2. Upload Malicious Code:Do not upload or distribute any viruses, spyware, or other malicious software that could harm "Shapes" or its users.

3. Harass or Abuse Others:Do not engage in any behavior that is threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise offensive or illegal.

Virtual Goods and Currency

1. Purchases: "Shapes" may offer virtual goods or currency for purchase. These do not have real-world value and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside of the game.

2. Non-Refundable: All purchases of virtual goods and currency are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these TOS or "Shapes" will be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calicut,Kerala.
