USAGE GUIDELINE

• Data always reset every 1st of the month, regardless on the payment date of the monthly bill 

• APN needs to be installed for using SIMCARD 

• Minimum usage of plan: 4 MONTHS 

• Cancellation within 4 months of using, 5000 YEN CANCELLATION FEE 

• To stop contract, Products need to be return back to the company 

• If customer would like to cancel on MAY, item must be returned by last day of MAY paying for next month bill to avoid paying for next month bill 

• If there is signal problem within 5 days after you received it, we will offer free replacement 

• If there are missing items upon delivery, we will send new ones 

• Simcard can be used on SIMFREE phones only 

• All item must be returned upon cancellation, failing to return will be penalized and will be BLACKLISTED 

• If cancel normally, unpaid bill must be settled and return the device 

• If cancel after the sim/wifi reissued, only reissue fee need to be paid and return the device 

• If cancel before 4 months normally, cancellation fee must be paid + unpaid bill if available 

• if cancel before 4 months but already reissued, reissue fee must be paid
