Please check your first monthly payment date in the guidebook.

• Late payments will incur a fine of 300 yen, which will be added to your bill.

• If the payment is delayed by 2-3 days, internet service will be temporarily suspended. 

• If the payment is not made within 5-7 days, the internet will be permanently disconnected. After that, additional fines will apply.
