Through coaching, we help individuals and businesses develop skills and strategies for improving their relationships, communication, and overall well-being and empower them to achieve their personal and professional goals with greater intelligence and awareness.
Our vision at VDA Life Changing Services is to create a world where individuals have the skills and awareness to recognize, understand, and regulate their own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. We empower individuals to have strong interpersonal relationships, effective communication, and a deep sense of self-awareness and personal growth, which benefits them in their personal and professional life. Through coaching, we aim to empower individuals to create a more empathetic, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent society where people are better equipped to handle life's challenges with grace and resilience and find the true happiness they all deserve.
I am Doctor Doris Vidal-Dorsch throughout my life, I have had a passion for helping others. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a Doctorate in Integrative Biology, which trained me to utilize knowledge from different fields to address challenges. Throughout the years, I researched to understand chemicals' interactions and how they affect our emotions and thoughts. My continued education took me to further specialize in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology (PQ), and Social and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) disciplines to improve myself and, in turn, help others. Although I am constantly learning and improving, I have a deep understanding of my emotions and how to regulate them, as well as an understanding of how to navigate the emotions of others.
Today, my practice specializes in meaningful life changes. My approach distinguishes itself by using my scientific training to generate effective and assertive results, which, together with compassion and understanding, have helped me contribute to the improvement of my client’s lives. My practical experience allows me to successfully work with individuals and groups to develop their emotional intelligence and cultivate a positive mindset. I have a positive attitude and aim to inspire and motivate my clients to cultivate positivity and resilience in their own lives. I approach challenges with a growth mindset and help my clients do the same.
Life may seem overwhelming sometimes, but we must remember that we always have a choice. My strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication, help me to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their emotions and actions and promote personal growth. It does not matter to me how little or big your life change needs to be. What matters to me is that you are ready for a change. I am passionate about helping others thrive and be happier.

What do we want to increase our Emotional Intelligence?

These skills can benefit you in many life areas, including relationships, academic pursuits, and professional goals. We can all work on these skills over time, and it is always early enough to start practicing!
