Exhibit at Virginia's premier annual conference for social studies educators at the School of Education at William & Mary.

Exhibiting at the VCSS conference will connect you with hundreds of educators and social studies leaders from across the Commonwealth. This year, the conference will take place on the beautiful grounds of the William & Mary School of Education in Williamsburg, Virginia October 9-10.

The conference exhibit hall will be located in the spacious Matoaka Room, adjacent to the conference registration desk in the main concourse of the School of Ed. Exhibitors may include publishing companies, software and hardware companies, classroom and curriculum resource suppliers, professional development providers, educational travel companies, youth activity programs, educational game companies, museums, or U.S. Government programs/services.

Exhibitors may set up in Matoaka on Thursday, October 8, from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

• Friday: 9AM-6PM (with a happy hour in the Exhibit Hall from 4-6PM)

• Saturday: 8-11AM

Booth Pricing:

• Non-profit booth: $500

• Corporate booth: $800

*Each exhibitor booth includes:

• 1 0 x 10 space

• One 5 foot table

• Navy blue tablecloth

• 2 Chairs

* *Exhibitors may purchase multiple booths to double their table space. However, the depth of the booth space cannot be altered.
