I have interested in a memory mechanism representing contextual continuity and memory retrieval. Also, I am studying the interaction between the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus regarding the mnemonic prediction error that affects memory updating.

Hello World!

I am a graduate student studying @ VCNL, where I navigate human spatial navigation. How do we find our way so effortlessly from school to home? What information do we remember and retrieve along the way? I have a keen curiosity in answering these questions and the neural mechanisms underlying them. Outside the lab, I enjoy running outdoors and savoring dark roasted coffee. A fun fact about me is that I have curated playlists for different genres of music that fuel my life – rock for commuting and jazz for reading.

Pleased to meet you! I'm a master student of cognitive psychology. I'm interested in everything about working memory, especially in it's resistance to distraction. In the real world, there are countless stimuli that interfere with our goal. However, we can finally achieve goals. How can we continue doing goal-oriented behavior despite such obstacles? I think that distractor resistance of working memory makes it possible. Additionally, I want to know which neural mechanism supports this ability using electroencephalogram (EEG). For healthy research life, I do Pilates and play tennis regularly.

Hello, everyone! I'm a master's student in cognitive psychology. Recently, I've become interested in understanding what happens in the human brain during rest right after learning. It might seem like there's no ongoing process, but recent studies suggest that human behaviors are still reflecting on what they've learned or whey they plan for their next steps. They argue that the human brain is not purely at rest during these periods. Using electroencephalogram (EEG), I seek to comprehend what occurs during this rest phase. To extend my E[Life], play tennis once a week for the physical health, and play various console games for the mental health.

Hi! Studying human mind scientifically is a highly appealing endeavor. My research interests lie in the fields of working memory and attention, with a particular focus on understanding the neural mechanisms underlying these cognitive processes. I am learning various things to collaborate with fellow researchers and conduct good research. I also enjoy cycling and reading books during my free time.
