Fall Fiesta

Back Parking Lot at VCES
Food for purchase and entertainment sponsored by the PTA
Come meet your teachers and classmates in a fun environment! Food trucks participating include: Floyd's Mini Donuts, Unbakeable (edible cookie dough and ice cream), Pizza Karma, Taco Libre, Yummy Tummy and Sumo and Smoh Egg Rolls. All food trucks are donating a percentage of sales back to our PTA!
PTA Sponsored Activities
Scholastic Book Fair
VCES PTA typically hosts three book fairs each year: Fall, Winter/Early Spring, and a BOGO fair in May.
Spring into Summer
Spring into Summer is our last day of school celebration for students, staff, and families. Last year we had food trucks, inflatables, face painting, and a DJ!
Teacher and Staff Appreciation
The PTA provides meals for teachers during fall and spring conferences. During staff appreciation week in May, PTA also provides small gifts or treats.
Fall Fun Run Fundraiser
Our fall fun run is our biggest fundraiser of the year! Each student and staff member is provided with a free Valley Crossing t-shirt. Students collect donations from family and friends. On the day of the big event, kids get to run, skip, hop and jump to upbeat music and fun with the PE teachers. And because we live in Minnesota--it sometimes snows!
Community Building Events
Throughout the year PTA sponsors community building events like the Back to School Fiesta, family movie nights, BINGO nights, and more!
Peace Garden
The PTA along with other community organizations like the Boy Scouts maintain the Peace Garden.
