Payment :

1. Payment must be cleared before attending class 

• access to class material and homework will not be provided without payment 

2. No refund or make up classes are available for missed lessons 

3. If insufficient funds for program of choice is made during student enrolment, the student will NOT be offered a position in the class and access to class materials, nor will the guardian/parent receive a confirmation of enrolment. Insufficient funds will be returned upon request within 120 days of receiving payment.  

4. Discount in price is only offered when payment is made in full by due date. No further discount is available. Prices are as shown above. 

5. No trail class is available 

Attendance & Behaviour:

1. Parents should inform the teacher of expected absences 

2. Students who do not comply with the rules will be removed from the lesson, and will no longer be welcome to future lessons. No refund will be provided as seats are limited.

3. No tolerance for bullying 

4. No tolerance for use of profanity 

5. Students should form part of an encouraging and friendly environment 

6. Parents will receive a weekly update of summary of topics discussed, homework status and weekly quiz results.  For any enquires, parents should request to schedule a call with reasons for request. Please note, a weekly request will not be entertained.
