下单须知的购物条规:

1.下单后24小时内付款,爽单将被列入黑名单,日后无权下單。

2.订单若有缺货或瑕疵,余额会放预存款待留下个订单扣除,不退现金。

3.Ship Later 付款保留的订单期限1个月。

4.结单后1-3个工作天发货,订单若有预购商品,会等预购商品到齐才一起发货。如要先寄出现货邮费另计。

5.为保障您的利益,请在准备打开包裹时拍摄开箱视频,视频需从拆开包裹的那一刻开始录起,若发现有缺少或损坏请提供开箱视频为证。

6.色差属于正常现象,不接受退换,因照片/直播时灯光环境或手机等原因会有色差。

7.不合适的衣服务必在3个工作天内退回 (自付来回运费),另外会征收 退换手续费1件RM8。

8.清货/捡漏 不接受任何退换理由。

Please take a minute to read the belows T&C:

1. Please made payment within 24 hours. Failure to make payment on time will be blacklisted and no more opportunity to make order in future.

2. If the paid items is out of stock or defect, balance of money will be keep for next purchase instead of refund.

3. "Ship Later" order only reserved for 1 month.

4. Once payment is done, will need around 1-3 working days to proceed and arrange for shipment. If there are pre-ordered items in the order, we will wait for the pre-ordered items to arrive and ship out together. Please do contact customer service if you want to send out the ready stock first while postage fee will be not included.

5. Kindly keep on track the parcel to avoid parcel return back. Buyer have to bear for repost postage fee.

6. To be fair and safe, please be advised to record the "unboxing video" when you open the received parcel. If there's any problem with the items you received, you are required to

contact our customer service and provide the unboxing video as a proof within 7 days after receiving the parcel, If you did not record any video or record inappropriate video ( after the first layer of packaging) when you unboxing your parcel, we reserved the right to reject your request on returns or exchanges.

7. There might be colour variance due to the lighting environment during Facebook live or photo shooting, which is considered normal not defect problem.

8.Clearance/Final Sales - No returns or exchanges for any reason.
