This privacy policy applies to the VBS SMM app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the developer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use by company employees for vehicle management purposes.
Information Collection and Usage
The Application is designed to facilitate the management of company vehicles and generate usage authorization documents.
1. Data Entered by the User To generate the vehicle usage documents, the user may input the following details:
• Employee Information: Driver Name, Passenger Names.
• Vehicle Information: Vehicle ID/License Plate, Mileage/Odometer readings.
• Trip Information: Date of use, time, and trip details.
How we use this data: This data is used to generate a digital document (PDF or text file). This generated document is automatically transmitted to and stored on a designated Google Drive account for record-keeping by the company management.
2. Device Permissions The Application may request access to specific device features to function:
• Storage/Files: Required to generate the document temporarily on the device.
• Internet/Network: Required to upload the generated document to Google Drive.
• Google Account Access: Required to authenticate and perform the upload to Google Drive.
Data Storage and Retention
The Application creates documents containing the data you provide and uploads them to Google Drive (a third-party cloud storage service). Once uploaded, the retention of these documents is governed by the company's internal data management policies. The Service Provider does not maintain a separate database of your personal information outside of this Google Drive integration.
Third Party Access
The Application integrates with Google Drive API to function. By using the Application, you acknowledge that the generated documents containing your input data will be stored on Google's servers.

Children’s Privacy
The Application is intended for use by enterprise employees and adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
