Why are personal skills important?
Hard skills are measurable and tangible skills which you’ll usually learn through textbooks or in the classroom and it depends on your IQ. Hard skills which are in demand - Statistical Analysis, Cloud Computing, Mobile Development etc.
Soft skills, on the other hand, is intangible and is hard to measure. Soft skills depend on your EQ. Soft skill which are in demand - Communication Skills, Time Management, Critical Thinking etc.
