These terms apply to ARE CE Readiness Lab, published by VBC Software, a brand of Visualized by Cetkosky LLC.
The app is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NCARB or AIA. Scores and pass, borderline, fail, or readiness labels are unofficial study estimates and do not guarantee an examination result.
Questions, explanations, and source references are educational. The app does not replace governing contract documents, applicable law, building codes, official examination materials, professional judgment, or advice from a qualified professional.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under the rules of the store through which it was obtained. Questions, explanations, software, generated variants, artwork, and other content may not be copied, scraped, redistributed, reverse engineered for republication, resold, or used to create a competing question bank except where applicable law expressly permits.
The lifetime unlock is a one-time digital entitlement associated with the purchasing Google Play account, subject to Google Play's payment, refund, test-purchase, and account rules. A completed purchase may need to be restored after clearing app data, reinstalling, or changing devices. Access may be removed when a transaction is refunded, reversed, revoked, fraudulent, or otherwise no longer valid.
We may correct errors, update compatibility, adjust free and premium feature organization, and modify or discontinue features. We will not intentionally change the permanent package or product identity in a way that silently defeats an eligible existing entitlement. Device, operating-system, Google Play, and third-party service changes may affect availability.
The app is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every question is error-free, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that use will produce a passing score. To the extent permitted by law, Visualized by Cetkosky LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or examination-related losses arising from use of the app.
