If you want a durable, magnetic charging solution specifically for your bone conduction headphones used during intense basketball sessions, choose VBANU Replacement Charging Cable; if you need a reliable MFi-certified adapter to connect your iPhone or iPad to a USB-C charger or computer, choose kigpozi 5.
These two products serve completely different ecosystems and cannot be swapped. One is a specialized power cord for audio hardware designed for active sports, while the other is a data and power bridge for Apple mobile devices. Confusing them will lead to frustration, as they do not share connectors or functions. The VBANU cable is built to stay connected while you move, whereas the kigpozi adapter is built to withstand thousands of plugging cycles in a pocket or bag.
• VBANU Replacement Charging Cable: Its biggest strength is the magnetic 4-pin connection that snaps securely onto bone conduction headphones, preventing accidental disconnection during movement. Its trade-off is that it is strictly limited to specific headphone models like the NANK Runner 4 and Bxswtu X7, with no general device compatibility. This pick is for anyone who has lost their original charger for a compatible bone conduction headset and needs a backup for travel or the gym.
• kigpozi 5: Its biggest strength is the 5-pack value combined with Apple MFi certification, ensuring fast charging and stable data transfer without triggering error messages on modern iPhones. Its trade-off is a hard exclusion from all audio applications, meaning it will not work with headphones, microphones, or any audio accessories. This pick is for users who own Lightning-based iPhones or iPads and need to switch between USB-C power sources or computers frequently.
The VBANU Replacement Charging Cable is engineered for a very specific niche: owners of bone conduction headphones who need a reliable way to recharge their gear. If you are an athlete who relies on these headphones to keep one ear open while running or playing basketball, losing your original charging cable can be a major inconvenience. This product fills that gap by offering a magnetic charging solution that aligns perfectly with the 2.54mm square interface found on devices like the NANK Runner 4, PSIER S18, and Dnniakm X20.
What stands out about this cable is its design for durability and stability. It is constructed from high-quality ABS and PVC materials, which have been tested to bend over 5,000 times without failure. This level of testing suggests it can handle the rough handling often associated with gym bags and sports gear. The copper wire inside is designed to prevent heat generation during charging, which is a critical safety feature for small electronic devices. Furthermore, the magnetic connector ensures a tight connection, so you don't have to worry about the cable popping loose if you accidentally tug on it while packing up after a workout.

For the basketball player, this cable is particularly useful because of its portability. At 60cm (roughly 2 feet) in length, it is compact enough to slip into a jersey pocket or a small side pouch of a backpack without taking up much space. It serves as an ideal standby cable for the office or a travel companion for business trips where you might need to charge your audio gear quickly. However, if you do not own a compatible bone conduction model, this product offers no value to you. It is not a universal charger, and attempting to force it onto a non-compatible device could damage the ports. It is strictly a replacement part for a specific ecosystem of audio hardware.
The kigpozi 5 pack is designed for the millions of users who still rely on Lightning cables but are transitioning to a world dominated by USB-C. This adapter allows you to plug your Lightning-equipped iPhone or iPad directly into a USB-C wall brick, laptop, or car charger. What makes this product stand out is its explicit MFi certification from Apple. In the world of third-party adapters, this certification is vital because it guarantees that the chip inside communicates correctly with iOS, preventing those annoying "accessory not supported" alerts that plague cheaper, unlicensed alternatives.
Durability is another core selling point for the kigpozi adapter. The casing is made of ABS plastic and has undergone rigorous testing, surviving over 80,000 plug-and-unplug cycles. This level of ruggedness makes it suitable for daily carry in a pocket where it might get jostled around. The reversible USB-C connector adds convenience, allowing you to insert the cable right-side up every time, which eliminates the fumbling often required when plugging in standard USB-A connectors. It supports data transfer speeds up to 480 Mbps, making it effective for syncing photos or files between your phone and a computer.
However, there is a critical limitation you must understand before buying. The kigpozi 5 adapter is strictly for charging and data transfer. It explicitly does not support audio output. You cannot use this adapter to connect wired headphones, microphones, or any audio accessory. The internal circuitry is designed solely for power management and digital data, meaning if you try to plug in a set of bluetooth clip-on earbuds or a standard audio jack adapter, it simply will not function. It is also not compatible with OTG video or audio features. This product is perfect for the basketball player who wants to charge their phone quickly at halftime using a new USB-C charger, but it is useless if they want to listen to music through wired headphones via an adapter.
• Best for Bone Conduction Headphones → VBANU Replacement Charging Cable. Only this product connects to the 4-pin magnetic ports found on NANK, PSIER, and Bxswtu headsets.
• Best for iPhone/iPad Charging → kigpozi 5. This is the only option that bridges Lightning devices to USB-C power sources safely and efficiently.
• Best for Sports Durability → VBANU Replacement Charging Cable. The 5,000+ bend test rating and magnetic lock make it superior for active environments.
• Best for High Cycle Count → kigpozi 5. With an 80,000 cycle rating, it is built to last years of constant plugging and unplugging in pockets.
• Best for Audio Data Transfer → Neither. Both products exclude audio transmission; the VBANU is a power-only cable, and the kigpozi explicitly blocks audio functions.
• Best for Portability → VBANU Replacement Charging Cable. Its 3ft length and lightweight design make it easier to stash in a sports kit than a bulkier multi-pack.
• Best for Value Bundle → kigpozi 5. You receive five distinct adapters in one package, reducing the need to buy backups later.
• Best for Travel → VBANU Replacement Charging Cable. If you travel with bone conduction headphones, having a dedicated magnetic backup prevents being stranded without power.
In my opinion, the choice comes down entirely to what hardware you actually own. I would buy the VBANU Replacement Charging Cable if I were preparing for a season of basketball and needed to ensure my bone conduction headphones never run out of battery due to a lost charger. The magnetic connection gives me confidence that the cable won't snap off mid-run, and the compact size fits perfectly in my gear bag. However, if I were looking to charge my iPhone 15 or iPad using a new USB-C wall adapter, I would immediately grab the kigpozi 5. The MFi certification is non-negotiable for me to avoid software glitches, and getting five units means I can leave one in my car, one at the gym, and one in my desk drawer. These products solve two separate problems; mixing them up solves nothing.
No, the kigpozi 5 adapter explicitly states it does not support audio, headphones, or microphones. It is designed exclusively for charging and data transfer between smartphones and computers.
No, the VBANU cable is a specialized magnetic charger for specific bone conduction headphones with a 2.54mm pitch. It will not connect to standard USB-A or USB-C smartphone charging ports.
Yes, because it comes in a 5-pack and includes Apple MFi certification, which ensures long-term reliability and avoids error messages on newer iOS devices.
The VBANU cable is 60 centimeters (approximately 2 feet) long, making it compact and portable for travel or use in an office setting.
