We tried to make the Villa as comfortable as possible, for a relaxing and comfortable stay. For a pleasant holiday it is good to know the RULES of the house, as well as to comply with the laws and regulations in force, with particular to those of the municipal police. The House Rules are useful indications for a stay without surprises.
Check-In
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM and until 1:00 AM, an additional fee of €40, payable upon arrival, will be charged to cover the cost of the reception staff.
Check-out
Latest Check-out is at 10:00 am. We kindly ask you to respect the check-out time to allow us to clean the rooms for next guests. We have only 5 hours to clean such a big house and its garden.
A copy of the ID or Passport will be required upon arrival, which can be more easily anticipated via WhatsApp. The document will be promptly returned. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Natn.l Decree 196 / 2003 on privacy. Their use is reserved exclusively for booking and will not be transferred to third parties.

The House and linen are delivered neat and clean. Linen are included.
Cleaning costs to be paid at the arrival of €50 (for reservations through our website) for stays of up to 4 nights and €100 for stays of 5 or more nights.
For reservation through the OTA (Booking.com & Airbnb) the conditions are on their listing.
It is compulsory a cleaning service after the first 7 nights at €60 for stays of 2 weeks or more.
Extrachange of linen can be evaluated according to availability.
Damage Deposit
We would like to remind you that a €300 security deposit is required, to be paid upon arrival and refundable upon departure if no significant damage is found.
The deposit may be withheld if the property is returned in a condition that makes cleaning difficult, preventing the timely preparation of the property for the next guest's stay.

According to the rules of the Municipal Police, silence must be respected between 11:00 pm and 8.00 am.

Bicycle rental is free only for stays of 7 nights ore more; otherwise, extracosts apply.
Smoking
Smoking
This is a NON SMOKING house, so smoking is allowed ONLY outside the villa on the terraces or in the garden, collecting the ashes in an appropriate way and in ashtrays.
Access keys
Access keys
The Villa is accessed via electronic keypad and virtual keys sent to your mobile phone. Once inside, you will also find a small bunch of keys related to few doors.
Keys cannot be duplicated and must be handled carefully. In case of loss there is a penalty of €100 for the change of locks.
Personal items
Personal items
Guests will take care of their valuables, relieving the owner of responsibility for the possible disappearance of objects. In this regard, please always close the main doors and windows with direct access from the garden.

Our home is Pet Friendly. For Pets is required an additional cost of 20€/day.
Villa Brando asks you pay attention to the behavior of your Animals:
Make sure they don't go upstairs and on the beds
Make sure they do their business outside the house and outside the garden
Make sure they don't damage the artificial garden
üMake sure they don’t bark during night rest time
NEVER leave them alone in the property
Any significant damage or stains will have to be compensated.

No one intentionally harms things, but it can happen to anyone that once something breaks. We will be grateful if you inform us immediately of any damage, or of any malfunction that you have been able to verify, so that we can repair them for guests who will come after you.
At the time of departure, the Manager of the House and the Guests will check the condition of the House to evaluate its condition together with that of the furnishings
Home care and use of toilets
Home care and use of toilets
Guests are required to take care of the house, furnishings and of all the domestic supplies provided and inventoried.
Proper use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing objects that can obstruct the toilet (absorbents, cotton buds and others ..) and objects that can clog the pipes into the sinks. Do not dispose food in the toilet.

The cleaning and tidying of the kitchenette are always the responsibility of the guests. At check-out the kitchen must always be left in perfect order. Please take care that only clean dishes are repositioned in the cabinets.

The separate collection of waste is carried out and therefore the garbage must be disposed of according to the calendar hanging in the kitchen. You can leave the specific garbage bucket in front of the entrance gate the evening before the day of collection
