With the closure of Pier 1 at World's Fair Marina at Flushing Bay, thousands of NYC dragon boaters were displaced with nowhere to safely practice or store their boats. Jessie Chen of VAX Dragon Boat joined forces with Greg Chang of Azumi Racing, Jackson Koo of Electric Dragons, Eugene Wong of Gotham Thunder, and Delores Hutchinson of Xtreme NY to form the New York Dragon Boat Alliance; a coalition of dragon boat community members with the shared mission of securing a new home for the sport for years to come.

We've finally launched our new website! We decided on Google Sites since it meets our minimal needs, is easy to use, optimized for Google Search, and also ad-free.
