Subscription and purchase transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store your payment details.

We do not use your document content for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Your document data, OCR text, tags, language preference, and other settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage technologies.
VaultScan AI performs OCR processing on-device whenever possible. Document files are encrypted before being stored locally. If you enable iCloud server sync, encrypted documents and metadata may also be stored in your private iCloud account.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect data on your device and in transit.
Data transmitted to Apple services or iCloud is protected using Apple's security infrastructure and encrypted transmission methods.

If you enable iCloud sync, your encrypted document data is stored in your private Apple iCloud / CloudKit environment and is not publicly accessible.
We do not share your document content with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

Access, modify, or delete your locally stored data within the App
Delete documents from your vault at any time
Disable iCloud server sync if you no longer want cloud synchronization
Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data from your device
Withdraw consent or restrict data processing where applicable

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it immediately.
