Rangers explode in a big offensive night putting up 🙌. Broccoli was outstanding in net for the Penguins making 50 saves. The greenshirts had 7 players register multiple point games. Rockwood and Constantinople would add a couple late goals for the birds to break the shutout bid.

Final -- Blackhawks (2), Whalers (1)

Whalers went up one off a nifty takeaway from Lane to Guider who put it home. The Blackhawks would put the pressure on, finally breaking through off a sneaky shot from Jones, G. Hall would later finish a rebound from Pontillo to put the ‘Hawks in front helping to seal the win and 1st place in the standings.
