Welcome to my webpage! I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics in Athens University of Economics and Business.

I graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business in 2005 with a BSc in International and European Economic Studies and continued my studies at the same institution, gaining an MSc in International Economics and Finance in 2007 and a PhD in Economics in 2011.

My research interests lie in the fields of Political Economy, Economic History and Public Finance.

Since July 2015 I have achieved the status of Fellow of the Higher Education Academy after completing over a two-year period the postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching (CILT) at the University of Sheffield.
