Tournament Sign Ups

We are excited to offer tournament opportunities for local youth teams to come compete, have fun, and enjoy a great baseball and softball experience in Vassar. Our tournaments are designed to give players quality game experience in a positive and organized environment.

Tournament Information

Teams can register for upcoming baseball and softball tournaments using the sign-up form below. Tournament details, divisions, entry fees, and game formats will be listed for each event.

Who Can Register

Tournament sign ups are open to eligible youth baseball and softball teams based on the age division listed for each event. Coaches or team representatives should complete registration on behalf of their team.

What to Expect

Each tournament may include:

🥎  Guaranteed games

⚾ Awards or recognition for winners

🥎  Concessions available on site

⚾ A fun, family-friendly atmosphere

To register your team, please complete the tournament sign-up form in full. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received, if applicable.

Space may be limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Important Notes

Vassar Youth Baseball & Softball reserves the right to adjust schedules, divisions, or tournament formats based on registration numbers, weather, or field conditions.

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement if a division fills before payment is received.

We also reserve the right to deny or remove any team, participant, or guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or not in the best interest of the organization, players, or event.
