• Update on the payment information / discounts & offers on the courses / payment confirmation.

• Update on the course schedule / recordings / materials / assignments.

• Monthly newsletters / e-content compilations that are sent as complimentary or as part of the webinar / workshop/ course assignments.

WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS WITH THIRD PARTIES.

The groups on social media like WhatsApp , Telegram , Facebook , LinkedIn and any others added in the future will be Join - by - request only. In case you are added , it will be only to share updates on the course/ workshop/ webinar you have opted -in for.

We do not encourage or take responsibility for any one - to - one personal interaction / monetary transactions with members of any of these groups other than the admins.

Request you to contact / report to the admins in case of any untoward activities / messages from any other members for swift action.

Payments:

For webinars / workshops / courses that are paid , you will be notified of the price prior to confirmation and payment on the opt-in form.

Once payment has been made, you will receive the update on the webinar / workshop / course that you have opted for.

In case of request for group discounts / issues with payments please contact the admins directly as notified.

We are not responsible for any payment not made on the valid link share by the admins.

No refund for the payment towards the webinar / workshop / course will be arranged. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies where you will not be able to attend a session, an alternative or recording will be arranged.

Please allow 24 hrs to 48 hrs for the recordings / updates on the certificates to be shared where applicable.

Any failure to comply with the group ethics or morally inacceptable behavior will result in being removed from the groups , blocked from joining further events and receiving updates / materials / newsletters / e- content compilations from the academy.

The admins hold the final say and discretion on the membership / entry to the webinars / workshops / courses.
